Conveyor Hardening Line
Radyne’s Conveyor Hardening Line is a conveyor belt module designed to heat treat 3500 lb. per hour.
This system can run up to 450 kW of power output, feeding a three stage wide oval coil assembly designed to retain the induction field within the assembly. It also includes Pyrometer & PID control to monitor and maintain proper programmed final temperature of parts.
